Dr. Hsu graduated from the Department of Engineering Science of NCKU. He got a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering of NCKU, the University of Arizona with a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, and Santa Clara University with an MBA. He has 30 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
