親愛的校友們好：

北美校友的優良傳統－「倪超獎學金」日前由獎學金委員會公布2023年度得獎人，分別是：

  • Maia Pauline Ming-Hsuan Chandler (于明煊)
    斯沃斯莫爾學院(Swarthmore College)二年級，主修生物物理學，輔修教育研究。
    她是紐約校友于同根(建築47級) 和 錢寧娜 (中文49級)的孫女。
  • Trinity Chang (張禎蓉)
    加州大學洛杉磯分校(UCLA)三年級，雙主修商業經濟和古典文明。她是加州校友張凱傑(材料81級)的女兒。
  • Sydney Walters (陸欣笛)
    威斯康星大學麥迪遜分校(University of Wisconsin – Madison)四年級，雙主修消費者行為與市場心理學，輔修設計策略。 她是中西部校友陸紹祖(化工55級)和傅模英(化學55級)的孫女。

以上三位得主將會在他們家長所在地區之校友會年會典禮上受獎，頒發$1000美元獎學金與獲獎證書。恭喜優秀的得獎者與他們的家人！

倪超獎學金的由來

為感念成功大學前校長－倪超先生一生對教育的熱心奉獻，倪校長的子女倪祖偉、倪祖俊、倪祖傑3人於1996年成立了【倪超獎學金】，獎勵北美成大校友們的傑出後代。每年由獎學金委員會的委員負責審查與甄選，報名截止日期為每年的4/15，得獎名單於5月公布。至今已經歷了26年，沒有一年停止。截至2023年，一共表揚了84位優秀大學生，讓成大人的精神薪火相傳。

Announcement of 2023 President Chao Nee Memorial Scholarship Recipients

The NCKUAANA President Chao Nee Memorial Scholarship Committee has completed the evaluation of 2023 scholarship applicants.  Listed below are the selected recipients, whose outstanding accomplishments rendered them all exceptionally competitive candidates.

Maia Pauline Ming-Hsuan Chandler （于明煊）

–  a Sophomore at Swarthmore College, with a major in Biophysics & minor in Educational Studies.  She is the grand-daughter of Michael T. Yu & Nina Qian Yu  (于同根，1958 Architectural Engineering & 錢寧娜，1960 Chinese Language & Literature）, members of NCKUAANA – GNY.

Trinity Chang (張禎蓉)

 –  a Junior at University of California, Los Angeles, with a double major in Business Economics and Classical Civilizations.  She is the daughter of Kai-Chieh Chang (張凱傑，1992  Material Science Engineering)， member of NCKUAANA – NCA.

Sydney Walters (陸欣笛)

–  a Senior at University of Wisconsin – Madison, with double majors of Consumer Behavior & Marketplace Studies and psychology, plus minor in Design Strategy.  She is the grand-daughter of Sunny Lu (陸紹祖，1966 Chemical Engineering) & Mou-Ying Fu Lu (傅模英，1966 Chemistry) ，members of NCKUAANA – MW.

The $1000 scholarship and a framed award certificate will be presented to each recipient at the annual NCKUAANA local meetings to which their parents or grandparents belong.
